Our team

The Housing Lab, founded in 2019 as a part of UC Berkeley’s Terner Center for Housing Innovation, now lives in an independent 501c3 nonprofit Terner Housing Innovation Labs (Terner Labs). The Housing Lab's mission is to identify and accelerate early-stage ventures with the potential to make housing more affordable and fair.
